SACRAMENT OF HOLY MATRIMONY

For couples who are registered parishioners of this parish and wish to marry at the Church of Mary Immaculate are required to attend the Pre-Marriage Course at least six (6) months to one (1) year before the proposed wedding.

The Pre-Marriage Course Certificate is valid for one (1) year.
Pre-Nuptial Inquiry interview should take place at within Three (3) MONTHS before the proposed wedding date.

The following documents (full) submission is a prerequisite before meeting the priest for a Pre-nuptial Inquiry Interview

Required Documents:

BRIDEGROOM & BRIDE

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of Identity Card
  3. Copy of Baptism Certificate.
  4. Copy of Confirmation Certificate
  5. Copy of Medical Check-up (latest
  6. Original copy of Status Liber(letter from the Parish Priest of the Church where you were baptized)
  7. Copy of Engagement Agreement (if any)
  8. Copy of Pre-Marriage Course Certificate
  9. Passport size photos (each person 2 pcs)

WITNESS DOCUMENTS (Catholic Married Couple)

  1. Copy of Identity Card.
  2. Copy of Baptism Certificate
  3. Copy of Confirmation Certificate
  4. Copy of Church Marriage Certificate

NOTE:

  • The date of marriage can only be decided during the Pre-Nuptial interview with the Parish Priests.
  • Date blocking by couples is NOT ALLOWED
