BAPTISM REGISTRATION FOR CHILDREN

For Application of Baptism, please register at CMI Parish Office with the following documents ⬇️

Required Documents:

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate;
  2. Copy of Parents’ Church Marriage Certificate;
  3. Copy of God Parent’s documents:-
    1. for Single Individual – Copies of Baptism & Confirmation Certificates;
    2. For Married Couple – Copies of Baptism, Confirmation & Church Marriage Certificates.
